This month we will honor the volunteers of the historic 2008 Fifth Congressional District Caucus, acknowledge the winning Delegates from the 5th, 6th and 13th Congressional Districts, present reports on state and county candidate qualifying, preview printed materials and resources for the Neighborhood Network Program and meet some of the qualified candidates vying to represent us at all levels of government.
