Here is a list of candidates that I would love to help out on a daily basis if only that mini-me machine existed.

This list isn’t based on any grounded statistical methods or even a gut reaction. Not even sure how Progressive these candidates are. Heck they could turn out to be crazy and qualify under “Some of you just shouldn’t be running” list. The real criteria was how politically fun (i.e. challenging) these races would be.

#1 Jon Flack - not really a great blogger but an awesome candidate who dares to run in the lions’ den of Rethugs in Forsyth County.

Charles Jenkins - District 8 - Incumbent - Long tim Dem who is 77 yrs. old is being challenged by a 37 yr old. Rethug. C’mon now that’s a fun race - old school versus new school.

Bob Puckett - District 13 - It’s Bob Puckett who is a really, really nice man and only lost by a handful of votes in 2006.

Earl Giddens - District 34 - This seat can be won by a Democrat. Rich Golick can be taken down. I think Mr. Giddens is a candidate for the Goux Graphic Foundation Grant.

Oh yes, Earl needs the GGFG, pdq, but he does not DFI, and that’s a good thing.

Earl made a smart move by getting Jason on his team, so let’s help Earl and Jason out.

This is a really winnable seat.
