Keith Gross Responds

(I just received this from the Gross campaign. I’m happy to post this in full –flackattack)

My name is Keith Gross. I want to be State Representative for the 80th House District because no one in government seems to be interested in controlling health insurance premiums or in improving the schools our children attend.

The 80th District has been under-represented by Mike Jacobs. He knows it. Jacobs does not have a record that he can run on in this district. Since I represent change that Jacobs cannot defeat he has had to manufacture accusations against me that are unfair and untrue. Jacobs is typical of the do-nothing legislature we just suffered through. The tactics of using poorly researched attacks when a politico has no ideas on how to handle growth, or traffic, or taxes represents the type of politics that motivated me to run for this seat.

My campaign is about issues and people. So lets put an end to the rumors right now.

I am not sure why Mike Jacobs chooses to attack me. Maybe it is because he is an opportunistic feeder. That’s okay, except we probably shouldn’t have people that feed on carrion in the General Assembly, simply because it would endanger the lives of many of the representatives.

If he’s able to survive this might it make him stronger in the long run by making Jacobs look Nixonian? Maybe. But maybe the damage has already been done.

Well, I imagine that since most voters have the attention span of a retarded gnat, this whole incident will be deep in the davey jones locker of history by Nov. Good thing too, cause I really hate this shit. HD80 has been a political energy sucking swamp since 2004.

Hopefully this blows over soon and everyone can get back to focusing on defeating the republicans that have done nothing under the gold dome for years.

How long is it until 2010?

Did this even reach the voters? It says “inside baseball” to me.
